Refund Policy

This policy shall apply to all digital products and coaching services available through The Melanin Suite website.

 

Digital Products

 

Refund Eligibility:

  • We offer refunds for digital products under the following conditions: 

    • Technical Issues: If a digital product has a technical issue that cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund. 

    • Misrepresentation: If a digital product is materially different from its description, we may offer a refund. 

    • Duplicate Purchases: If a customer accidentally purchases the same product multiple times, we will refund the duplicate purchase(s). 

  • We do not offer refunds for: 

    • Change of mind. 

    • Downloadable content used or accessed after purchase. 

 

Refund Request Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of purchase. Please provide the following information:

    • Your order number or proof of purchase.

    • A detailed description of the issue.

    • Any supporting documentation or evidence.

  • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. 

 

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. 

Exceptions:

  • This refund policy may not apply to certain products or services, such as:

    • Custom-made items

    • Sale items

    • Gift cards

    • Subscription services 

 

Coaching Services

Client’s purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates their commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen.

  • The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. Refunds will not be issued after this initial grace period except at the sole discretion of the Melanin Suite. To cancel an order, submit your request to support@melaninsuite.com

  • If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions, then the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. 

  • The Client will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after all sessions have been completed. 

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behavior on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behavior from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. The Melanin Suite will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of The Melanin Suite, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions that were paid for but not completed.
