Where Black Women Leaders Rise — Together.

You don’t have to navigate your leadership journey alone.

Not the bias.
Not the pressure.
Not the self-doubt.
And definitely not the transformation.

The Collective is your private, culturally rooted support space—created exclusively for leaders in our signature course, Leadership Liberation: A Black Woman's Blueprint to Thriving in Leadership. It’s where you’ll grow, heal, reflect, and step into your power with sisters who get it and are rising right beside you.

This isn’t just a community.

It’s your leadership ecosystem—strategy, support, and sisterhood woven together to help you sustain your growth .

Why The Collective Exists

Black women carry an invisible load in leadership that most spaces simply can’t hold. Being “the only” or among the few, navigating bias, overperforming, code-switching, shrinking… the emotional and mental labor is real—and exhausting.

And while we’re leading teams, managing crises, and delivering excellence, we’re often doing it in isolation.

This community was created to change that.

Here, you don’t have to edit yourself, mask your brilliance, or walk on eggshells.

You get to exhale, reflect, and be fully supported—while growing your leadership your way.

What Makes This  Different

This is not a generic leadership group.
This is not DEI-lite.
This is not performative “empowerment.”

This is a culturally grounded, liberatory leadership space built for Black women and led with Black women in mind.

Here, your lived experience isn’t an afterthought—it’s the foundation.
Your voice isn’t minimized—it’s centered.
Your brilliance isn’t questioned—it’s affirmed.

You don’t have to explain your reality.

We already understand it.

Questions?

Do I need a leadership role or experience to join? No. The Collective serves all Black women who aspire to grow their leadership capacity, whether you're leading in your community, workplace, or personal life.

Is the Collective only for Black women? We do not discriminate against anyone and welcome all who support our mission. Our community is intentionally designed for Black women and those who identify as Black women, including cisgender, transgender, and nonbinary individuals who affirm and center Black womanhood in their lived experience. We welcome those who resonate with this focus and share in our vision.

Is membership in the Collective included with the Leadership Liberation course? Yes. All Leadership Liberation students receive 6 months of community access.

Do I need to complete the Leadership Liberation course first? No. The community is designed to support you as you move through the course.

What if I can’t make the biweekly group calls? Calls will be recorded and available inside the community.

What if I’m too busy or too shy to be a member? You can engage at your pace. There's no pressure, no performance - making it easy to fit into your schedule and balance leadership growth with your personal and professional life.

What happens after my 6 months of community access ends? Once you’ve paid in full, you’ll receive lifetime access to the Leadership Liberation course, so you can return to the lessons and tools whenever you need them. Your enrollment also includes 6 months inside the Collective community. After that period, you’ll have the option to continue your membership with a monthly renewal, so you can stay connected, supported, and resourced on your leadership journey.

Your Transformation Starts Now

You deserve a space that supports your growth. You deserve a community that affirms your brilliance. You deserve leadership that feels like liberation—not survival.

Enrollment in Leadership Liberation includes full access to this community for six months (with an option to renew).

Now is the time to rise.

Now is the time to lead your way.
